Waterfront Duplex

Project Overview

Making a duplex in constant motion.

A duplex downtown where the tiers of living need different moods. Motorised curtains and sculpted panel systems move through the day on easily scheduled scenes.

Drapery was hand-finished and installed with white-glove care, with custom hardware and layering chosen to elevate each room’s proportions. The final function check covers every motor, remote and app schedule before handover.
