An order becomes confirmed when we receive your signed acceptance or written confirmation together with any deposit. Made-to-measure products are fabricated especially for you, so please review every dimension and finish before confirming.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once fabrication has started.
We accept bank transfer and card payments. Payment terms are stated on your invoice, and goods remain the property of Dubai Fusion Curtains until payment in full is received.
Our free in-home measurement and installation service is subject to availability across Dubai and the wider UAE. Installation dates are agreed in writing and confirmed closer to the time. Please note:

Because made-to-measure goods are cut and fabricated to your specification, they cannot be returned simply because they no longer suit. Our commitments:
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, and nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, shipping disruption, or force majeure.
Our logo, photography, fabric images, and website content are the property of Dubai Fusion Curtains. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
