Most residential jobs are completed in a single visit. Allow roughly 45–60 minutes per window set; larger or motorised installations may take longer and we will confirm the schedule when we book.
Yes. Every made-to-measure order includes a free in-home measurement anywhere we deliver in Dubai and the wider UAE. Our surveyor confirms exact dimensions and talks through finish options with you before fabrication begins.

We cover all of Dubai, the wider UAE, and JLT showroom appointments in person. For commercial and hospitality projects outside the UAE, contact us to discuss project logistics.
Typically 10–15 working days for blinds and shutters, and 2–3 weeks for curtains. Exact lead times are confirmed at order acceptance and we keep you updated if anything changes.
Both. Most of our clients choose supply-and-fit so we handle the measurement, fabrication, and installation end to end. If you prefer to install your own window treatments, supply-only quotations are available on request.
Blinds and shutters are best kept dust-free with a soft microfibre or occasional gentle vacuum using a brush attachment. Curtains should be vacuumed lightly and dry-cleaned only when required — follow the care label supplied with each order. Wood and vinyl shutters can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth.
All installations carry a 2-year workmanship warranty, and selected ranges include a lifetime warranty on mechanisms. Fabric warranties vary by range — the exact terms for your order are shared at confirmation and stated on your invoice.
Yes — of course. We outfit hotels, clinics, offices, schools, and government buildings with blockout, flame-retardant, and privacy shading. Our commercial team manages quantities, site access, and phased installation across multiple floors or locations.
We accept bank transfer and card payments. A 50% deposit secures your order and the balance is payable on completion of installation.
