Emirates Hills Penthouse

Project Overview

Making layers worthy of the skyline.

A penthouse with uninterrupted views over the golf course and skyline. Bespoke layered drapes and silk-touch Romans frame the glass like a finish rather than a covering.

Drapery was hand-finished and installed with white-glove care, with custom hardware and layering chosen to elevate each room’s proportions. The final function check covers every motor, remote and app schedule before handover.
