Downtown Marina Penthouse

Project Overview

Making softness above the marina.

A penthouse at the marina where the light changes by the hour. Silk-touch Romans and layered sheers soften the interior without hiding the spectacle outside.

Drapery was hand-finished and installed with white-glove care, with custom hardware and layering chosen to elevate each room’s proportions. The final function check covers every motor, remote and app schedule before handover.
