Burj Views Sky Residence

Project Overview

Making a residence crafted around the view.

A sky residence facing the Burj that demanded drama and control in equal measure. Bespoke blackout layers and automated drapes complete the space on schedule.

Drapery was hand-finished and installed with white-glove care, with custom hardware and layering chosen to elevate each room’s proportions. The final function check covers every motor, remote and app schedule before handover.
