Palm Jumeirah Villa

Project Overview

Making sea-facing windows moving in perfect rhythm.

A landmark villa on the Palm where sunsets hit the glass for hours. We layered blackout and sheer to hold the view while keeping glare in check room by room.

Every window was measured on site and fabrics were matched to the home’s interior palette so the layering feels seamless. Installation was completed with zero disruption to the household, and every motor was function-checked with a full aftercare walkthrough.
