Downtown Business Hotel
Downtown Dubai · Contract drapes & acoustic track systems
Project Overview
Making quiet, book-in rooms at the city’s core.
A business hotel where sleep quality drives guest ratings. Contract drapes on acoustic tracks cut street noise from the Downtown corridors and keep mornings dark before checkout.
All textiles meet contract-grade fire-safety ratings, and automated scenes were programmed around peak sunlight hours to keep guest areas cool and quiet. Installation ran overnight so the property never stopped trading.
