DIFC Serviced Apartments
DIFC, Dubai · Automated voltage-drop blackout blinds
Project Overview
Making global guests, zero-fuss rooms.
Serviced apartments hosting international guests on tight schedules. Automated voltage-drop blackout blinds remove every manual step from the check-in experience.
All textiles meet contract-grade fire-safety ratings, and automated scenes were programmed around peak sunlight hours to keep guest areas cool and quiet. Installation ran overnight so the property never stopped trading.
