A multi-floor fit-out in the heart of Business Bay. Facade-wide solar rollers run from central controls, giving every floor consistent light and heat management.
The system was zoned by floor and facade, giving the facilities team precise glare, heat and privacy control from a single point. Wiring was kept discreet, and battery-powered options were used wherever hard wiring wasn’t practical.
